Batonics AB and Coleman Capital Sign MoU for AI Engine Targeting Early M&A Risk Detection
Stockholm, Sweden – Batonics AB and Coleman Capital have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop an AI engine aimed at the early detection of failures and risks in mergers and acquisitions (M&As) of publicly traded companies, focusing on enhancing risk management in hedge funds. The first phase will be proprietary research on identifying signals coupled with such risks.
